Time of birth - Don't forget am or pm. eg 3:33am or 3:33pm

Size & weight - Size needs to be in CM and weight in KG. eg 50cm, 3.30kg

Place of birth - Add in suburb plus the state where baby was born. eg - Ryde, NSW. 

All this information can usually be found on the baby's birth card that is written and placed in the basinet when they are born.

20 x 25cm (best for table tops, dressers etc)

A4 (21 x29.7cm) - great for wall & and dresser/table tops

A3 (42 x 29.7cm) - wall hanging only, no stand at the back

A3 double border (42 x 29.7cm) - has a stand behind, can be put on a flat surface.
