Returns Policy

before requesting a refund or exchange please read our design and print policy here

 

Exchange
Exchanges will be given to any items that arrive to you damaged or have a grammatical error made by Keepsakes&Co (provided we have been contacted within 7 days of receiving the item)

However, for personalised orders, if the client has made a grammatical error and the order has been paid for, the client will have 24 hours to contact us via our social media (@keepsakes.and.co) or email (Niina.khassouk@hotmail.com). If we have been contacted after the 24 hours, a reprint fee will be charged. If the item has been sent out, customer will have to pay for reprint & postage.

Refund
Refunds / partial refunds will be granted to any products that arrive damaged, broken or irreplaceable (provided Keepsakes&Co has been contacted within 7 days of receiving the item)
If item arrives broken, damaged or with missing pieces, the product must remain unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Our items are inspected carefully before sending off, if we happen to miss any faults, we do require clear photos to be sent to us, in some cases we may require it to be sent back.
Customers are not entitled to a refund if :
- They change their mind after the purchase.
- If they find the same item or service elsewhere at a cheaper price.
- Item has been personalised.
